Suwon Special City (Mayor Lee Jae-jun) will host the '2026 Saebit Park Festival' at Mansuk Park throughout September, offering performances and citizen participation and experience programs.
The Saebit Park Festival is a celebration that connects park-related programs from various city departments so citizens can enjoy leisure and culture together in the park. Performances, markets, cultural and experience programs, and environmental and health programs will be held throughout Mansuk Park.
Major events include △Art on the Street (September 5) △Stage On (6th) △30th Suwon Baekjung Festival (12th) △2026 Suwon Street Art Valley Dance (13th) △Mansuk Healing Arts Festival (20th) △Cinema in Mansuk-geo (27th), and more.
Citizen participation programs are abundant as well. In addition to the Mansuk Soso Market, Suwon Goods Flea Market, Suwon Shared Economy Festival, and neighborhood flea markets, the festival will offer family jogging, pet culture classes, woodworking playgrounds, and carbon-neutral and resource circulation experiences. There will also be 'Hangsawi Gather Joy (樂)' where citizens can celebrate together ahead of Chuseok.
Programs tailored to different ages and interests include senior dance classes, tea ceremony experience 'Heart Tea-dam,' 'Mansuk: Right Steps,' 'Mansuk Bustling Park Exploration,' and 'Green Green Museum: Sense Notes.' Life-oriented programs such as Red Circle campaigns and bicycle safety education will also be offered.
During the event period, operation booths and photo zones will be provided. Details on schedules and information for each program can be found by scanning the QR code on the '2026 Saebit Park Festival' promotional materials with a smartphone.
