Cartoonist Choi Min's new serialization 'World Affairs' makes its debut. The theme taking center stage in the first installment is teachers' rights (敎權).

With a dedicated officer for teacher rights protection and 160 experts, 110 teachers, and 30 Gyeonggi residents standing in a line, it previews 'Coming August 22.'
