The Suwon Office of Education (Education Director Kim Hye-ri) will operate an intensive period for 'Open Classroom, Discovery of Learning' kindergarten class sharing from the 10th to the 22nd.

Six core curriculum teachers and kindergarten teachers who wish to open their classes will share their lessons. In particular, kindergarten-elementary transition elementary lead teachers and kindergarten teachers will participate together as play observation supporters and observers, with a focus on strengthening educational connections between school levels.

Notably, this class sharing is characterized by moving away from the existing method where teachers unilaterally present their planned lessons, instead being centered on 'Open Classroom' and 'Discovery of Learning'. Before class, a briefing shares the lesson intent and points to note during observation, and during class, observers naturally observe children's play and examine the teacher's support process.

The class sharing will be held seven times from the 10th to the 22nd, operating in various formats including activity and play class openings, play observation and support, and sharing of lesson videos and records. Main themes include ecological restoration play, art gallery projects, play that transcends age and space, starlight play, ice play, and rhythm play—composed around children's interests to enhance practical application in kindergarten settings.

Through this class sharing, the Suwon Office of Education plans to support the spread of teachers' continuous lesson research and practice, a culture of sharing, and individualized, learner-centered education where children's play and life are connected to be more actively implemented in kindergarten classrooms.

Education Director Kim Hye-ri stated, "I hope that teachers' voluntary lesson openings and the process of sharing each other's learning will become a precious force driving the growth of kindergarten education," and added, "We will continue to support a class sharing culture where teachers can research, learn, and grow together."
