Hwaseong FC's 'Midfielder Attacker' Park Jae-sung Selected as August MVP by Fans

Hwaseong FC midfielder Park Jae-sung has been selected as the Most Valuable Player (MVP) for August in the 2026 season following fan votes.

The fan voting took place from the 2nd to 4th through the club's official social media channels. Park Jae-sung received the most support from fans and was selected as the August MVP winner.

Throughout August, Park Jae-sung solidly protected Hwaseong FC's midfield based on vigorous activity and experienced game management. In Round 20 against Daegu, he served as a link between defense and offense, disrupting the opponent's attacking flow with aggressive pressure and sharp forward passes, contributing to the team's 5-1 dominant victory and three consecutive league wins.

He also stood out in Round 24 against Chungbuk Cheongju, the club's final home match. In addition to stable midfield control, he scored an early goal in the first half to lift the team's momentum, and contributed to the victory as the team maintained its lead throughout the match.
