Kim Hye-ri, 27th Education Director of Suwon Office of Education: "I Will Create Suwon Education That Moves Together With the Community"
Suwon Office of Education announced on the 1st that Kim Hye-ri, the 27th Education Director, took office and began her first steps by attending a staff meeting where she delivered her inaugural remarks and commenced official duties.
Education Director Kim Hye-ri stated, "I will do my utmost to create a happy educational environment where students cultivate their dreams and the Suwon education family feels pride," and added, "I will listen carefully to the voices of Suwon's students, parents, and citizens, communicate closely with the local community, and faithfully fulfill my role as a bridge connecting schools and the region."
Education Director Kim Hye-ri began her teaching career in 1993 and served as a teacher at Cheoncheon Middle School and other schools. From 2012, she worked as an educational specialist at the Pyeongtaek Office of Education and Gyeonggi Province Office of Education. Subsequently, she served as vice principal at Dongsuwon Middle School and principal at Neungdong High School, gaining extensive experience in both school settings and educational administration. She also served as director of the Convergence Education Division and Career and Vocational Education Division at the Gyeonggi Province Office of Education.
In particular, she was selected through the "Regional Recommendation Education Director Open Recruitment System," a campaign promise of Gyeonggi Province Education Superintendent An Min-seok, and took office as the 27th Education Director of Gyeonggi Province Suwon Office of Education on September 1st.
Gyeonggi Province Suwon Office of Education plans to carefully address local educational issues based on Education Director Kim Hye-ri's abundant experience in school settings and her deep understanding of and affection for the Suwon region, and will strengthen the educational support system that connects schools and local communities.
