Suwon Special City Opens Public Review Period for Individual Official Land Prices as of July 1, 2026

Suwon Special City (Mayor Lee Jae-jun) will operate a 'public review and opinion submission period for individual official land prices as of July 1, 2026' from September 1 to 22.

The subject properties are 492 parcels of land that were transferred due to subdivision, merger, or change of land category during the first half of 2026 (January 1 - June 30).

You can review the information by visiting the Land Management Division of your district office or by searching for 'individual official land prices' on the Suwon City website (www.suwon.go.kr). You can also check it on the Real Estate Official Price Notification website (www.realtyprice.kr).

Land owners and stakeholders wishing to submit opinions can fill out an 'individual official land price opinion submission form' available at each district office's Land Management Division and submit it by mail or fax. Online submission is also available through the Real Estate Official Price Notification website.

After Suwon City reviews and verifies the submitted opinions, the Suwon Real Estate Price Adjudication Committee will deliberate and notify the opinion submitters of the results. The determination and public announcement date for individual official land prices as of July 1, 2026 is October 29.

A Suwon City official stated, "We will broadly gather opinions from land owners and stakeholders during the opinion submission period," and added, "The submitted opinions will be carefully reviewed and reflected so that citizens can trust the individual official land prices we determine and announce."
