Gyeonggi Province Office of Education Conducts Personnel Reshuffle of 170 Officials Grade 5 and Above Effective September 1

The Gyeonggi Province Office of Education (Superintendent An Min-seok) conducted a personnel reshuffle of key positions Grade 5 and above effective September 1.

The reshuffle involves a total of 170 personnel: 17 promotions (13 to Grade 4, 4 to Grade 5) and 153 transfers and other personnel movements.

This reshuffle was designed to maximize the implementation power of Gyeonggi Education's transformative policies and to respond flexibly and promptly to rapidly changing demands in educational administration.

Under the principle of 'competency-centered and right person for the right job,' talented individuals who have demonstrated practical capabilities and policy planning and coordination skills were strategically recruited and placed in key positions at the provincial office and education support offices.

In particular, priority was given to job fitness and expertise in order to swiftly resolve complex issues in the educational field and to strongly drive the tasks for Gyeonggi Education's transformation.

The Provincial Office of Education plans to continue enhancing organizational dynamism and conducting fair personnel management based on performance and ability.
