KT Partners with Gyeonggi Province VAN Association to Support Small Business Digital Transformation

KT has partnered with the Gyeonggi Province VAN Association to support digital transformation for small businesses in the Gyeonggi region.

The initiative aims to leverage KT's digital solutions and the association's member network to enhance operational efficiency for small businesses and facilitate service adoption.

According to KT on the 17th, the Gyeonggi Southern Branch of the Capital Region Gangnam Customer Division signed a business agreement with the Gyeonggi Province VAN Association on the 16th to support small business digital transformation and revitalize the local economy.

Both parties agreed to expand the distribution of digital transformation solutions including KT HiOrder and jointly operate briefings, training and consultation sessions for members. They will also pursue joint programs for operational efficiency and sales activation, and cooperate in promoting shared prosperity in the region and dissemination of best practices.

KT will provide digital solutions, consultation and training, and support service implementation. The association will be responsible for informing members about the business initiative and identifying participation needs, assisting with event operations and conveying field feedback.

Both parties plan to start with briefings and consultation activities to distribute necessary digital solutions to small businesses in the field and identify best practices.

Kim Dae-il, head of the Gyeonggi Province VAN Association, said, "We expect that KT's digital solutions and HiOrder will further enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction for small businesses."

Lee Myung-heon, Senior Executive and head of KT's Gyeonggi Southern Branch, stated, "We hope this agreement will serve as an opportunity for member companies and local small businesses to more easily access digital solutions and improve operational efficiency in the field," adding, "We will actively support various digital services so that local small businesses can grow together."
