Suwon City Promotional Ambassador RESCENE Transforms into 'Suwon City Promotional Eosa'

[News S=Reporter Cheon Ui-hyun] Suwon Metropolitan City announced on the 29th that it has appointed girl group RESCENE, the city's promotional ambassador, as 'Suwon City Promotional Eosa.'

The appointment ceremony was held on the 29th of last month at the Suwon Traditional Culture Center.

The city planned this concept to heighten interest in the 63rd Suwon Hwaseong Cultural Festival (October 4-11) and to introduce Suwon in a friendly and engaging manner to younger generations and domestic and international fans. To honor the meaning of member Liv returning to her hometown where she was born and raised, the city also devised the narrative of 'Promotional Eosa Returning Home in Glory.'

Suwon Metropolitan Mayor Lee Jae-jun presented RESCENE members with eosa flowers and certificates of appointment as promotional eosa, and tasked them with traversing various parts of Suwon to promote the city's charm. Mayor Lee said, "I feel reassured that RESCENE members have become Suwon's promotional eosa," and added, "I hope this becomes an opportunity for more people to rediscover Suwon and visit in person."

Following the appointment, RESCENE filmed a promotional video experiencing traditional culture around Haengnung-dong. The video will be released on the city's official YouTube and social media under the title 'RESCENE's Visit to Suwon.'
