Suwon Maewon Middle School Commute Difficulties Resolved with Suwon City Bus Support
The Suwon Education Support Office (Superintendent Kim Hye-ri) will operate new shuttle vehicles from the second semester to create a safe and convenient commuting environment for Maewon Middle School students.
This shuttle vehicle support for Maewon Middle School is the result of active cooperation between the Gyeonggi Province Suwon Education Support Office and Suwon Metropolitan City, prioritizing student commute safety and transcending institutional boundaries.
Until now, Maewon Middle School students have experienced commuting difficulties such as long waits for buses due to infrequent public transit schedules and concentrated demand from nearby school students during peak hours, forcing some students to walk home.
In response, the Suwon Education Support Office requested commuting support from Suwon Metropolitan City to resolve commuting difficulties and create a safe commuting environment for Maewon Middle School students. Suwon Metropolitan City deeply understood the need for safe commuting and resolution of student inconveniences, and actively cooperated in providing shuttle vehicle support.
Superintendent Kim Hye-ri of the Suwon Education Support Office stated, "This shuttle vehicle support for Maewon Middle School was made possible thanks to the interest and support of Suwon Metropolitan City, which actively cooperated to create a safe commuting environment for students," and added, "Going forward, the Gyeonggi Province Suwon Education Support Office will continue close cooperation with Suwon Metropolitan City and continuously expand student-centered commuting support systems tailored to local conditions so that students can attend school safely and conveniently."
